Steve Lyons trading as Curated Moraira (“I”, “me” or “Curated Moraira”) is the data controller for any personal information you provide through this website.
What information I collect
When you request the Quiet Buyer’s Guide or send an enquiry I collect your name and email address. I only collect what is necessary to respond to you.
Why I collect it
I use your details solely to send you the requested guide and to reply to your enquiry about property search services. I do not use your information for marketing lists beyond this, and I never sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent (when you submit a form) and my legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries about the services I offer.
How long I keep it
I keep your details only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or provide the guide, and then for a short reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
