How I work & fees

I keep things simple and transparent.

For buyers

There is normally no fee payable by you. When I introduce you to a property that you go on to purchase, I am paid by way of a shared commission from the listing agent or vendor’s side. This is the standard arrangement when working through the local agency network.

You will never be surprised by a bill from me for finding a property.

For sellers

If you ask me to help sell your property, we will agree the fee clearly in writing before any marketing begins. The fee is only payable if the property sells. There are no upfront charges for valuation, photography or listing preparation when we work together on this basis.

General principles

I will always explain how I am paid before we proceed. There are no hidden costs. You remain free to walk away at any time with no obligation. I am happy to answer any question about fees before we start.
